Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Captain Liam Devlin ("Captain Liam", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Platform.
By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a course, subscribing to a newsletter, joining the community, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, students, consulting clients, podcast listeners, and newsletter subscribers.
About the Platform
The Captain Liam platform is owned and operated by Captain Liam Devlin. The Platform provides:

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By accessing or purchasing from the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
This Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
Certain areas of the Platform — including courses, the community, and purchasing — require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the Platform — with or without prior notice.
Courses & Digital Products
5.1 Purchase & Access
All courses and digital products are sold subject to these Terms. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased content for the duration specified at the time of purchase — which, unless otherwise stated, is lifetime personal access for non-commercial use.
5.2 Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details on our systems.
5.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for all courses and digital products. To request a refund within this period, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable state or federal consumer protection law, including any rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased course at any time, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
5.4 Intellectual Property in Courses
All course content — including video, audio, written materials, frameworks, slides, and downloadable resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Captain Liam Devlin. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, broadcast, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.
Consulting & Services
Consulting engagements, speaking engagements, crew training programs, and other professional services are subject to separate service agreements or statements of work issued at the time of engagement. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreements.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement request at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Community Standards
If you participate in the Captain's Community or any interactive feature of the Platform, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully and professionally with all other members at all times
- Not post content that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful
- Not spam, solicit, or self-promote without prior written permission from us
- Not share confidential information discussed within the community to third parties outside of it
- Not use the community to compete with or undermine the Platform or its commercial interests
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your professional credentials
We reserve the right to remove content or revoke community membership for violations of these standards, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a refund for any membership fees paid.
Newsletter & Email Communications
By subscribing to Check-In Tuesday or any other email list operated by the Platform, you consent to receiving regular commercial email communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the clearly labelled unsubscribe link included in every email, or by emailing [email protected] with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Opt-out requests will be processed within 10 business days in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
All commercial emails sent by the Platform will include our valid physical mailing address as required by the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.). We will not use deceptive subject lines or sender information in any email communication.

Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, the Captain Liam brand name and identity, and platform design — is owned by or licensed to Captain Liam Devlin and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
